Work at height and Manual Handling combined – REFRESH

GWO Working at Heights and Manual Handling Combined Refresher (WAH & MH Combined Refresher)

• Aim: Refreshes safe use of PPE at height, climbing techniques, basic rescue procedures, and ergonomic principles for manual handling to prevent falls and musculoskeletal injuries.
• Duration: Typically 1–1.5 days (shorter than separate refreshers).
• Certificate Validity: 24 months (2 years); two separate certificates uploaded to WINDA (one for WAH, one for MH).
• Prerequisites: Valid (or recently expired) WAH and MH certificates, valid WINDA ID, minimum age 18, good physical health.
• Why Mandatory: Part of BSTR Onshore/Offshore – required for turbine access.
